This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture is composed of 11 articles and nine Annexes. Carcasses of cattle are classified into the following categories: calves, young animals, young bulls, bulls, steers, cows, heifers. Carcass of cattle after slaughter is classified into an appropriate category, taking into account information provided the accompanying documents.
