The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, establishes: (a) the content of the operational board equipped for the collection of car wrecks and equipped for processing car wrecks; (b) the technical requirements for the management of car wrecks; (c) conditions of storage of car wrecks; (d) details on confirmation of proper processing of car wrecks; (e) method of keeping records of wastes generated from processing of car wrecks; (f) information system to monitor the flow of selected car wrecks; (g) the contents and manner of keeping records on car wrecks; (h) method of reporting on car wrecks processing; (i) method of reporting on wastes generated from processing of car wrecks; (j) method of reporting on other wastes generated during collecting and processing of car wrecks.
