This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 15 articles, deals with the protection of animals during transport. It lays down provisions concerning professional qualification and registration for transporting animals as well as requirements for loaded installations. Moreover, the Decree regulates particular transport conditions, including watering. Specific provisions concern transport of birds, rabbits and poultry.
