The Guideline No. 2 of 2013 issued by the Minister of Environment, Forests, and Water Administration lays down the technical requirements for the designation of forestry parcels and sub-parcels for exploitation, the rules for harvesting timber, and the sale on auction of timber and other forestry and non forestry products.
