This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on feed (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 55/2006; 36, 54 and 100/2008; 41 and 88/2010; 8/2011; 83 and 97/2012; 7/2013; 12/2015; 58/2016; and 58/2017).
Changes are related to the addition of new European union and Council Regulations (article 1); common official names and legislation references (article 2); labelling issues (article 7a); several issues part of the Chapter III (manufacturing, processing, storage, transportation, placing on the market of feed); several official control provisions (articles of Chapter V); and offences and penalties.
