This Act amends the Marine Resources Act of 1989. Section 12 of the principal Act concerning foreign fishing vessels is amended by the deletion of the words "a fine not exceeding $100,000" from subsection (7). These words are substituted by the words "a minimum fine of not less than $100,000".
