This Order sets regulations concerning the Danish Energy Agency's allocation of quota allowances to installations. The international decisions and technical specifications relating to companies, production units, aircraft, facilities etc., or the conditions for granting credits or allowances referred to in Appendices 1-2 will not be included in the Official Gazette, but promulgated by the relevant international decisions available for inspection at the Danish Energy Agency.
Appendix 1 - COMMISSION DECISION of 27 October 2014 determining, pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, a list of sectors and subsectors which are deemed to be exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage, for the period 2015 to 2019.
Appendix 2 - COMMISSION DECISION of 18 December 2013 amending Decisions 2010/2/EU and 2011/278/EU as regards the sectors and subsectors which are deemed to be exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage.
