The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth introduces some amendments to the Bluetongue Eradication Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 148/2008). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 1 dealing with circulation of animals; article 2 concerning labelling; article 7 on declaration of vaccination zones. Moreover, the Ordinance adds article 7a laying down provisions relating to measures in vaccination zones.
