The text consists of 34 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Certified planting material (2); Packaging and labelling (3); Additional requirements for bringing into circulations (4). Three Annexes are enclosed. Article 7 is deleted. Section 2a on Marketing of seed potatoes of non-authorised varieties is added. The Ordinance has 5 Appendixes.
