These Regulations, consisting of 8 Sections and 1 Schedule, are enacted according to the Public Utilities Act (Chapter 261).
The Regulations shall apply to water supplied by the Public Utilities Board through the Board’s potable water reticulation system to any person who undertakes to enter into an agreement with the Board as set out in section 21 of the Act. The prices to be charged for water shall be in accordance with the tariffs set out in the Schedule.
