This Regulation amends Article 3, as “This Regulation is drafted in accordance with the Annex 17 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 – REACH concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and establishing a European Chemicals Agency”. This Regulation makes changes in the institutions executing the provisions of the original Regulation, by adding Minister of Environment and Forestry, Minister of Public Works and Settlement, Minister of Health, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Minister of Labor and Social Security, Minister of Industry and Trade and Undersecreteriat of Foreign Trade.
