This Regulation amends Clause (d) and repeals Clause (e) of Article 3 of the Regulation on water pollution. The Regulation further amends Articles 36, 37 and 38 on environmental permit for the institutions and businesses which make wastewater discharge into the receiving environment. It also amends Article 39 on procedures of raising an objection against environmental permit of an institution or businesses which make wastewater discharge into the receiving environment. The Regulation further amends Article 41 on preventive measures against pollution and articles 42, 51 and 54 on deep sea discharge and environmental permit for institutions and businesses which make deep sea discharge. The regulation lastly repeals Article 40 of the same Regulation.
