This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 11 paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements for air protection programmes. The aims of these programmes is to reach maximum levels of substances in the air and to reach target levels, including ozone as well as arsenic, cadmium, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air, where technically possible and economically justified. The Regulation establishes the form of programme, required components and scope of information which should be specified and evaluated in these programmes.
