This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes: (1) maximum levels of some substances in the air, differentiated because of human health protection and plant protection; (2) target levels of some substances in the air, (3) levels of long-term targets of some substances in the air, (4) alert levels of some substances in the air which may cause threat to human health; (5) conditions of establishing levels of substances, like temperature and pressure; (6) identification of substances; (7) periods for which measurement results are averaged; (8) permitted frequency of exceeding permitted and target levels; (9) deadline of reaching levels specified in points 1-3; (10) margins of tolerance for some permitted levels.
