This Regulation provides all necessary standards, conditions and technical-hygienic requirements to be met by the following facilities: animal shelters; animal sanitary services.
The provisions prescribed by this Regulation are also aimed to regulate the housing, methods of construction, technical planning, equipment, operation, veterinary and sanitary order and hygiene procedures and standards for live animals on the Croatian territory.
