This Regulation defines the financial and other guarantees aimed to cover the cost (that has to be commensurate with the cost estimated in the plan of landfill closure) of the calculated risk of possible damages, rehabilitation and other necessary procedures after the landfill closure (warranty bond that guarantees the payment or provision of services; letter of credit; insurance policy).
