This Regulation prescribes the manner for the necessary data collection and data keeping as regards the use of bioagents or biological agent in plant protection related practices (bacterium, virus, protozoan, parasite, or fungus that can be used purposefully as plant protection agent or similar).
Some of the necessary information to be submitted is listed here as follows: trade name; purpose; issued quantity; expiration date; date on which the sale was made; name and surname of the authorized person who issued such bioagent; and other see article 2.
