This Regulation proclaims and provides for the full text and contents of the national program of cattle breeding on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The prescribed program is aimed to offer a concrete set of selection methods and procedures that will provide genetic improvements; promote the increase of efficiency of production and growing domestic animals while maintaining or improving their vitality, increase cost-effectiveness of the livestock production; improve the quality of livestock products, and the preservation of genetic diversity on farms.
