This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine articles and six Annexes, implements art. 94 point 3 of the Environment Protection Act and establishes: (1) scope and manner of reporting to the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection on results of the classification of the zones referred to in art. 88 point 2 of Environment Protection Act, results of measurements of air quality, results of the assessment of levels of substances in ambient air, identified exceededing of the alarm level of substances in ambient; (2) scope and manner of reporting to the minister responsible for the environment on adoption and implementation of the program of air protection, adoption and implementation of short-term action plan.
