Short information regarding SCCP and HBCD With the financial aid provided by the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) of the United Nations and in cooperation with the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP), the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Serbia has developed the National Profile for Chemicals Management and the National Implementation Plan for the Stockholm Convention (NIP).
