This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Wastes Act. In particular the present Act regulates requirements and measures to prevent the impact of certain disposable plastic products on the environment, in particular the aquatic environment, on human health, in order to reduce this impact and support the transition to a circular economy with innovative and sustainable business models, products and materials.
