This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on Water (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 27/2019, and amended several times until the Gazette 17/2019).
Changes are regarding the provisions of article 48, paragraph 5 that is amended in terms of obligations of water users or holders of permits for water abstraction, for aquaculture and related activities that are not obliged to perform certain measurements; article 194 is amended in paragraphs 1 and 11; in article 194a minor amendments to the paragraph 1, and paragraphs 5 and 6.
