The Regulation prescribes the amount and procedures for payment of the State fee for the issuance of a permit for the use of water resources. Under the Regulation, the amount of the State fee for the issuance of a permit is LVL 55. The State fee must be paid prior to the receipt of the permit using one of the following methods of payment: (1) through a credit institution or another institution which has the right to provide payment services within the meaning of the Law On Payment Services and Electronic Money; or by payment card to the State Environmental Service. The State fee must be transferred into the State basic budget.
