Beneficiaries may include legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, communities, and agricultural cooperatives engaged in cattle farming. The framework sets eligibility requirements, credit and tax compliance conditions, limits on the number of animals acquired, and documentation requirements related to pedigree certification, veterinary records, and herd registration. Beneficiaries must use the acquired animals for herd reproduction for a specified minimum period and maintain appropriate identification and reporting records.
The program establishes administrative procedures for submitting applications, verifying supporting documentation, and granting financial assistance. Monitoring is carried out by the Agricultural Services Center under the Ministry of Economy, which evaluates herd development, productivity indicators, and compliance with program requirements. In cases of non-compliance or misuse of funds, the framework provides for the suspension of subsidies and recovery of previously granted financial support.
