This Regulation replaces the Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2447 listing the protection and surveillance zones established by the Member States by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision, following outbreaks of HPAI in poultry or captive birds in Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
