This Regulation implements Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, as regards the listing of European Union quarantine pests (Annex II), protected zone quarantine pests (Annex III) and European Union regulated non-quarantine pests (Annex IV), and the measures on plants, plant products and other objects to reduce the risks of those pests to an acceptable level.
A consolidated version of the present Regulation, as last amended by the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2004, is attached.
