This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on aquaculture, proclaims the adoption of the National Aquaculture Development Plan for the period until 2027 (dated 26 October 2022). This Decision further ensures the implementation of rules contained in the Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Common Fisheries Policy, amending Council Regulations (EC) No. 1954/2003 and (EC) No. 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No. 2371/2002 and (EC) No. 639/2004 and Council Decision 2004/585/EC. The Ministry of Agriculture is tasked to prepare an Action Plan for the implementation of the National Aquaculture Development Plan for the period up to 2024 within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this Decision.
