This Decision determines the financial aid for compensation of damage in beekeeping in 2023, which is the result of bad weather conditions, as a result of which honey production of honey plants has decreased, the beneficiary, the detailed conditions and the procedure for granting financial aid. The beneficiary of financial assistance is a beekeeper who is registered in the Central Register of Beekeepers and meets the conditions for obtaining financial assistance from this text. Conditions for obtaining financial aid among financial provisions are laid down in articles 4 and 5.
