This Decision, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Environmental protection Act, adopts the Programme for the expenditure of the climate change fund for the period 2021-2023 (provided in the Annex). Irrespective of the total amount here specified, 20% of this amount may be transferred and reallocated to the following years within the same measure without adopting the amendment to the existing Programme.
