This Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is composed of ten articles and four Annexes, lays down: (a) types and parameters of supported renewable resources using biomass and bioliquids; (b) methods of using supported renewable resources for the production of electricity, heat and biomethane (c) the scope of stored documents and records on the fuel used in the production of electricity and heat from renewable sources and biomethane and on the method of production of this fuel; (d) the share of the biodegradable and non-degradable parts of unsorted municipal waste in the energy content of municipal waste; (e) sustainability criteria and greenhouse gas emission savings for bioliquids and biomass fuels; (f) raw materials defining advanced biomethane. The types and parameters of supported renewable sources using biomass and bioliquids for electricity production from renewable sources, heat production from renewable sources or biomethane production are set out in Annex No. 1 to this Decree.
