The Decree assigns responsibilities to various governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which will oversee the liquidation process. It mandates the establishment of Evaluation Councils to assess the extent of damage and the necessary liquidation procedures. Additionally, it highlights the need for reforestation efforts following liquidation, ensuring that forest land is managed in accordance with legal requirements.
