This Act inserts a new division into Part X regarding strata development leases in terms of subdivision of land, strata development leases to be granted on land or buildings in physical planning areas suitable for subdivision. New Section 110B underlines that Strata Development Lease can only be granted if it meets the zoning requirements under the Physical Planning Act 1989.
