Mineral Raw Material Waste Act.

The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Mineral Raw Material Act (BGBl. I, No. 38/1998). In particular, the Act adds article 117a on Waste Management Plan; article 119a on Waste Incineration Plant Disposal Facilities; article 119b on Major accident prevention and information; article 119c on Exceptions for certain mining waste.
Article 2 of the present Act introduces some minor amendments to the Waste Management Act (BGBl. I No. 102).
