The Ministerial Decree Amends Ministerial Decree 14 April 1997 implementing Directives 93/61/EEC and 93/62/EEC of the Commission on technical rules for the trade of vegetable seedlings and propagating material other than seeds by substituting Art. 5 with wording in Art.1 and Annex II with the attached Annex on Phytosanitary requirements for materials and regulated non-quarantine pest on plants and materials for propagation of vegetable seedlings.
