This Notification amends Article 4 regarding measures for the protection of lake, pond and dam lake against eutrophication; Article 6 regarding pollution control on still inland surface waters; Article 7 regarding the assimilative capacity of the dam lakes and ponds where fish farming activities are carried out or planned to be carried out; and Article 9 regarding trophic level for newly established fish farming facilities in dam lakes and ponds.
The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
