This Order determines the manner of implementation of international standard on guidelines for programs for the destruction of harmful organisms no. 9- given in the Annex of this text. This standard prescribes the components of a program for the destruction of harmful organisms, which should lead to the establishment or re-establishment of the absence of harmful organisms in a specified area.
