This Order, based on the provisions of the Croatian Veterinary Law and Law on hunting, due to the appearance of Anthrax animal disease (zoonosis) in certain territories (as specified in article 1), declares these areas as infected. In order to suppress, prevent the occurrence and further spread of the disease, the implementation of the several necessary measures is determined in the infected area (see article 2, includes hunting ban rules, animal vaccination, disinfection and marking). Human health related provisions are provided in article 3.
