This Order establishes the procedure for rendering state service in the field of wildlife. In particular, "Approval of the installation of fish protection devices of water intake structures" (Annex 1) and "Issuance of certificate of the origin of catch" (Annex 2). State service shall be provided by territorial bodies of the Committee of Forestry and Wildlife subordinated to the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources. The applicant shall pay licensing fees.
