This Act amends the Penal Code, Cap. 158. Amendments concern: introduction of the new definition of protected characteristics, including race, religious belief, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics, political affiliation, HIV/AIDS status; insertion of a new offence considering hate as an aggravating factor.
