This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on terms and conditions for the management, assignment of maintenance and restoration activities, assignment of tourist activities, security and control in forests, lands and water areas of the protected territories (state property), originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 49/2005.
Changes are regarding several modifications (including certain names of competent state bodies and reference planning documents) and cancellation of provisions and contents of articles 10, 11, 16, 17, 25, 27, 30, 32, 33, 34 and 96.
