This Regulation makes changes in the Section IV - Planning principles of and prohibitions regarding water quality. This Regulation repealed Article 16 regarding prohibition of contamination of surface water bodies used for supply of water intended for human consumption, Article 17 regarding strict preservation area, Article 18regarding short-distance preservation area, Article 19 regarding medium-range preservation area, Article 20 regarding long-distance preservation area.
The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Environment and Urbanization.
