This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on hunting, prescribes specific conditions and methods aimed for the performance of hunting activities, including rules on carrying of hunting weapons. This text also sets the form and indicates relevant methods for issuance of necessary hunting permits and cards, and determines the form and issues regarding the keeping of hunting records. Game hunting conditions mean a set of factors that enable or prevent game hunting at a certain time and in a certain area. Depending on the type of game that is hunted and on number of hunters participating in such hunt, hunting shall be determined as individual or collective (classification of hunting modalites/methods in provided in articles 4 and 5).
