This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two articles and six Annexes, establishes model documents used for records of wastes: waste transfer (specified in Annex 1); waste records (Annex 2); records of hazardous waste (Annex 3); records of municipal sewage waste (Annex 4); records of spent electrical and electronic equipment (Annex 5); records of spent vehicles (Annex 6).
