The Regulation, based on the provisions of paragraphs 165 (6) and 166 (8) of the Water Act, establishes the data composition and notification procedure for the notification of the construction and location of a pile for the storage or composting of deep manure and the notification of grazing in a water protection zone. It consists of six sections: Scope of application (1); Submission of notification for construction of heap for storage of deep-bottomed manure and compost for deep-laid manure and data composition of notification (2); Submission of notification of grazing in water protection zone and data composition of notification (3); Notification of changes in information (4); Commencement of grazing (5); and Implementation of regulation (6).
