This Regulation of The Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of 15 articles and eight Annexes, lays down requirements for conducting emission measurements to which the operator of the installation and the user of the device are obliged, including: (1) cases when continuous measurements of emissions from an installation, a fuel combustion source or a waste incineration or co-incineration plant are required; (2) cases when periodic measurements of emissions from the installation, fuel combustion source or waste incineration or co-incineration device are required, and the frequency of these measurements; (3) the scope of measurements; (4) reference measurement methodology; (5) the method of recording the conducted measurements.
