This Regulation here determines the facilities for which a fire order is necessary, also where fire plans and evacuation plans must be prepared, as well as the content and conditions for the preparation of such fire order, fire plan and related evacuation plan. Actual obligation to create a fire order, a fire plan and an evacuation plan is determines in article 2. Article 3 list the mandatory fire order requirements for all responsible persons. Duties of the employer are laid down in article 4. Article 7 sets the instructions for individuals.
