This Act amends the Paragraph 39(2)(e) of the Principal Act regarding the fees prescribed for an application of a dispute relating to land rent within the urban or rural area, valuation of land, lease agreement, value of improvement made on or to the land, terms and value of compensation following utilization of public land in the rural areas, and registration for a valuation as required by the Director of Lands under the Land Leases Act.
