  1. The fourth session of the World Heritage Committee was held in Paris,  France, (1-5 September 1980) at the kind invitation of the French Government.  The meeting was attended by the following States Members of the World Heritage Committee: Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Bulgaria, Ecuador, Egypt, France,Ghana, Iraq, Italy, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Senegal, Sudan, Switzerland, Tunisia, United States of America, and Yugoslavia.
