The Conference of the Parties

Recalling the paragraph 4 of decision COP4/16 and taking into account that there were no developments on this issue since the Fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Carpathian Convention (COP4), decides to review the issue of the Secretariat location and relevant requirements at a next meeting of the COP, if consensus has been reached.
