The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 827). In particular, the Ordinance adds a paragraph 4b to article 13 dealing with implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 606/2009 laying down certain detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 as regards the categories of grapevine products, enological practices and the applicable restrictions in the Länder Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen. The text consists of 2 articles.
